Julie started her real estate career in 2011 at Heitman, LLC, a global real estate investment management firm with $43 billion in assets under management. In addition to her work on the annual strategic business plan, she worked extensively on institutional value-add private equity and structured debt funds, providing fund level reporting, valuation models and analysis of third-party operating reports.

Following Heitman, Julie worked at Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, a $2 billion first mortgage discretionary bridge debt fund focused on value-add and transitional properties. She created standardized financial models, approved draw requests, and provided oversight to funds control. She also supported the origination team by underwriting, closing, and managing the real estate investments.

Most recently she was a Vice President at Westminster Capital Group, a high-net-worth family office. At Westminster she focused on asset management and operational reporting covering multifamily, flex-office, office, medical office, industrial, student-housing, and storage investments. She was also responsible for loan origination and servicing.

Julie is a graduate of the University of Dayton, where she earned a BS in Accounting and Finance in 2010, and an MBA in 2011.
