Over the course of her thirty-year career, Ann has held the position of controller, CFO, and COO in privately held real estate companies that specialize in the development, investment, and management of retail, multifamily, and assisted living properties. She has been directly responsible for financial and managerial reporting, strategic planning, property management, and coordination and oversite oversight of construction. Ann started her career in real estate with Westfield, the premier retail mall developer and operator, and later became a member of the executive management team for Griffin Real Estate, one of the largest real estate owners and developers in California. As a member of the executive management team, Ann was responsible for approximately $1B of assets under management.
Over the course of her career, Ann has managed all aspects of the general ledger and tax working papers, corporate and project cash flows, feasibility studies, variance analysis and internal and external financial reporting. Ann has also led the integration of accounting systems, cost effective workflow processes, and technology.
Ann graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of Washington.
